Ward Hadaway strengthens construction team

Solicitor Barnaby Rosenthall is the latest appointment to join Ward Hadaway’s growing Built Environment Team.
Barnaby has been appointed to work in the firm’s construction and engineering team, advising clients involving development, site and project issues including contract reviews and advising on any potential disputes.
He joins five lawyers within the team, which appointed Stephen Radcliffe as partner in November last year.
Barnaby who is based at the Leeds office, joins from his previous firm where he was a commercial solicitor and is supporting the team on contentious and non-contentious construction and engineering matters. He has experience advising contractors, developers, local governments, the police and a national supermarket chain.
He is involved in all types of dispute resolution on behalf of claimants and defendants including litigation, adjudication, mediation and arbitration.
