10th February, 2014
Law firm Ward Hadaway has advised the founder of a civil and transportation engineering consultancy on its successful sale to members of its senior management team.
Members of the Corporate department at the UK Top 100 law firm provided legal advice to Bryan Hall on the transfer of Bryan G Hall Limited to its directors Stuart Wilkins and David Bell.
The company, which has operations in Leeds and London, specialises in providing consulting services to the development industry throughout the UK and the Isle of Man.
Working for clients across the country in a range of fields including housing, retail, industrial, education and leisure developments, Bryan G Hall Limited provides solutions on traffic and highway infrastructure matters related to development proposals.
The company was established by Bryan Hall in 1985 and its sale to Mr Wilkins and Mr Bell has enabled Mr Hall to retire from the business.
James Nightingale, Associate in the Corporate team at Ward Hadaway, led the firm’s team advising Mr Hall on the transaction.
James said: “We are delighted to have assisted Bryan to conclude a successful sale of the company carrying his name which he has worked so hard to build up over the last 30 years. We wish Bryan all the best for a long and happy retirement.”
Bryan Hall said: “James and the team at Ward Hadaway did an excellent job on the sale of the company.”
“Their advice was clear and concise and helped the deal to progress smoothly.”
