Amna has also successfully advised clients on lender requirements and securing government funding to further social housing projects and the government’s aim to deliver up to 10,000 new homes within the next ten years.
Amna has experience reporting to clients on conditional contracts, leases and option agreements and successfully negotiates adequate infrastructure agreements for new developments.
Amna has a strong background in residential conveyancing, has worked extensively on freehold and leasehold properties and has successfully completed multiple conveyancing transactions for individuals, companies and lenders.
