In her role, Amy undertakes a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. These include:
- Defending Employment Tribunal claims including claims involving unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, disability discrimination, and whistleblowing
- Negotiating settlement of claims and preparing of COT3s
- Advising on settlement agreements and exit strategies
- Managing disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and other internal processes
- Assisting with internal investigations relating to allegations of misconduct
