Andrew is a development specialist

Operating since the mid-1990s in the North West, but with a national reach, Andrew is an expert in residential and commercial developments and has been an integral part of our Manchester office since opening in 2011.

Dealing with many high value and complex property deals around the country, he has gained excellent project management and structuring skills, and is able to advise on all aspects of the life of a property asset, with a particular specialism in leading on developments and funding.

Andrew’s in-depth understanding of the strategic drivers, risks and opportunities integral to  property transactions means that our clients look on him as a dedicated and trusted extension of their own internal teams, adding value quickly, staying involved as the senior steer, driving solutions and managing the expectations of key stakeholders in projects.

Andrew takes pride in a no-nonsense and commercially driven approach, and regularly facilitates carefully selected introductions and opportunities for clients and contacts.

Large scale and high profile developments including site assembly, acquisitions, forward funding & sales, infrastructure, collaborations, joint ventures, promotions, strategic options, and multi-unit/site (market and affordable) disposal frameworks.

Complex deferred payments, funding, security and overage, and finding solutions through strategic master planning are often key elements of the projects he leads.

Advising national and regional housebuilders on residential and mixed use development projects including sites with around 1,000 new homes with strategic infrastructure and ancillary community uses.

Prime real estate such as headquarters and logistics hub based developments, funding and sales.
