Anna is a Solicitor in our Property Litigation team, having completed her training contract with the firm before qualifying in September 2024. Anna advises clients in relation commercial property disputes and the management of risk associated with land occupation and ownership.
Anna assists clients with a wide range of commercial property issues, including the advice on business tenancies pursuant to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, the preparation and service of break notices, interpretation and enforcement of lease covenants, dilapidation claims, boundary disputes, forfeiture and rent arrears recovery.
She has five years of real estate experience prior to training as a solicitor, with a keen focus on achieving favourable outcomes for her clients.
