Ben is a Managing Associate in the Children & Safeguarding team and has over 15 years’ experience dealing with family and matrimonial issues.
Ben represents children, parents and grandparents in proceedings in the Family Court involving families and local authorities.
Ben is Law Society Children Law Accredited (a member of the Children Panel) and has been representing children in care proceedings for over 10 years.
Ben is an active member of Resolution, both regionally and nationally, sitting on the North East Resolution committee and the Regional Liaison Committee.
