Casey is a solicitor in the Social Housing Property Team based in our Leeds office
Casey assists our registered provider clients with a variety of non-contentious property transactions, including: turnkey property acquisitions; acquisitions and disposals of housing stock and land; commercial leases (grants, variations and surrenders); licences to occupy; variations of agreements, rights and covenants; and grant of easements and rights over land.
Before joining Ward Hadaway, Casey acted for a number of clients dealing with commercial properties, including private landlords and tenants with portfolios of residential properties and new business ventures.
She additionally provided corporate support in acquisitions and sales of company shares through title investigations and enquiries.
