Catriona has assisted and advised regulatory clients in relation to fitness to practise investigations (ensuring the necessary thresholds are met and advising on courses of action), conducted witness interviews, dealt with evidential requirements, drafted statements/reports and prepared for hearings & appeals (including First Tier Tribunal appeals). Catriona has broader commercial litigation experience and has assisted with threatened judicial review proceedings against regulators.
