He can help by producing accurate electronic to scale composite overlay plans, drawn onto Ordnance Survey maps.
Overlaying Land Registry titles, proposed layouts, adopted highways, utilities constraints and easements/wayleaves onto the plans as required.
These overlay plans can then be included in legal and planning submissions to give an overall and instant visual accompaniment, in a draughting service unique to Ward Hadaway.
