- Helping businesses to obtain and maintain their sponsor licences and advising on the day to day management, including use of the Sponsor Management System and compliance with their sponsor duties;
- Advising businesses on complying with right to work requirements and the prevention of illegal working;
- Assessing and assisting individuals’ eligibility for both work and family visas;
- Advising on nationality/registration, settlement and private life applications;
- Prepare applications on behalf of the children in care including EU Pre Settled/Settled Status, Registration as a British Citizen, Private Life, Leave to Remain, Indefinite Leave to Remain and Dependent Visas; and
- Prepare detailed written advice to comply with Court Orders
Hanna is a Solicitor within our immigration department. She advises on a wide range of immigration issues and provides advice to both businesses and individuals about sponsoring migrants and obtaining visas.
Hanna has experience in assisting clients with their personal and business immigration needs. Hanna regularly assists clients with a range of corporate immigration matters including sponsor license applications and ongoing sponsor compliance.
Hanna has extensive experience in providing immigration support to Local Authorities for children in care. Hanna has worked closely with Local Authorities to address the challenges of regularising the immigration status of children in care, securing the right to remain, applying for indefinite leave, or exploring other forms of legal protection. Hanna regularly provides written advice on these matters.
Hanna has also assisted private clients with their personal immigration needs, such as Family visa applications, EU Settlement Scheme applications, Private Life applications, Human Rights applications, Citizenship applications, and options for those wishing to visit the UK for both personal and business reasons.
