As a paralegal Harry gained invaluable experience in managing commercial recoveries and housing management claims. Before joining Ward Hadaway, Harry worked for a full-service law firm in London, supporting G15 housing association clients, which included client secondments.
Harry works in the Newcastle office within the Social Housing Litigation Team, assisting clients with all things housing management related.
Harry advises clients on all aspects of housing management, including possession claims, injunction proceedings (for access issues or anti-social behaviour), tenancy fraud claims, and the defence of disrepair and Environmental Protection Act claims.
In addition to offering advice, Harry regularly appears in the County Court to advocate for clients in possession claims and anti-social behaviour injunction proceedings.
