Imogen is a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation team. Having completed her training with the firm before qualifying in March 2023, Imogen has gained insight into a wide range of sectors meaning she is well placed to understand and assist in the needs and concerns of her clients. Imogen advises businesses of all sizes as well as private individuals on a variety of commercial disputes.
Imogen assists the team with a broad range of commercial disputes including judicial reviews, company and shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims and contractual disputes. Imogen has two years of debt recovery experience prior to training as a solicitor and is able to use this broader knowledge when advising clients on appropriate courses of action to meet their needs. Imogen has experience in public inquiries, corporate transactions and construction matters allowing her to effectively grasp her client’s practice area and relate to their specific requirements.
