For many years we have used the Title Overlay Plan service (TOP) provided by Ward Hadaway’s Plan Technicians and it has proved extremely useful in providing and bringing forward vital information at an early stage in the site/project appraisal process. The TOP service is invaluable to us and our professional teams including architects and engineers and has helped us save money and manage risk.
Kevin works closely with the wider team by assisting with the preparation of design and access statements, planning and appeal statements and with the submission of pre application enquires, planning applications, appeals and objections. He additionally assists with a number of Permitted Development and Listed Building queries. Kevin also assists with planning policy representations for clients to Local Planning Authorities.
He is regularly involved with researching the planning history of sites, by investigating planning applications, historical maps and records.
Over the last 13 years Kevin has also honed his skills in producing legal overlay, location and composite plans for Ward Hadaway.
Kevin produces plans that have often been used to accompany various planning applications and have also been used to provide confirmation on the ownership position of application sites to ensure that the correct ownership certificates are completed on planning application forms.
He is experienced in the measurement and photographic recording of sites, and the processing of this information for plans and photographic evidence to produce site inspection documentation.
Clients include developers, businesses, estates, land owners, pressure groups and private individuals.
