Laura is a Debt Recovery Manager in the Debt Unit, responsible for overseeing the debt recovery team and client delivery.
A key part of her role is ensuring all client specifications and service level agreements are adhered to, as well as servicing relationships across the department’s client base.
Laura was previously a Business Manager within one of the UK’s leading personal financial services companies where she has over 20 years’ experience in unsecured and business Collections and Recoveries, more specifically in credit cards, unsecured loans, bank accounts and business debts.
Laura understands the importance of high client delivery standards.
