Lucinda has a particular specialism for development and investment finance into the healthcare sector and works with banks within their dental sectors. She has also worked on many mixed use schemes, student accommodation schemes and within the leisure sector.

Her exposure during the course of her career to many high value and complex real estate finance deals has seen her develop excellent project management and structuring skills, that aids the funder getting the deal over the line, whilst ensuring that protection for the funder remains paramount at all times.
