- Representing children of the Deceased in a case involving multiple Inheritance Act Claims
- Defending a former executor in a breach of trust claim worth over £1.5million
- Acting for the adult children of the Deceased in a case involving the appointment & removal of trustees
- Representing the surviving partner of the Deceased in relation to pension assets and an Estate claim involving the Deceased’s former spouse and the validity of an old Will that benefits the family of the former spouse.
- Acting for the beneficiaries of a much earlier Will in a claim that the later Will (from which they did not benefit) which was shown to be a forgery following expert handwriting evidence.
