Nicole is a Solicitor in the Corporate team.
Nicole provides assistance to the Corporate team on a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations and private equity investments.
She also assists our Tax team which advises on a wide range of corporate tax issues, including tax exit planning, investment, buy-outs and restructuring.
Nicole has experience in drafting a variety of corporate documents and has assisted in the management of the due diligence and disclosure processes.
