- Advising, supporting and leading client’s through divorce proceedings, including contested divorce proceedings;
- Assisting clients through contested financial proceedings Advising clients on Alternative Dispute Resolution processes such as Mediation and Arbitration, as alternatives to Court proceedings;
- Assisting client with the enforcement and variation of Court orders;
- Advising clients in private children disputes
- Advising client’s on the Protective Orders available through the Family Court, including non-molestation orders, occupation orders, as well as prohibited steps order and specific issues orders.
- Undertaking Advocacy within Family Court Proceedings on behalf of the client
Olivia is a Solicitor in the Family & Matrimonial Team based in our Newcastle office.
Olivia advises on all aspects of Family Law including divorce and civil partnership proceedings, financial matters following separation, children disputes, protective orders such as a non molestation order and occupation orders and pre-nuptial and post-nup agreements.
