Rachael provides advice and assistance in relation to divorce, associated financial matters, and issues relating to children.
Rachael has particular experience in dealing with high net worth divorce matters and complex financial proceedings which require structured, precise and appropriate advice. Rachael regularly advises clients who have business interests and their own companies.
Rachael also has experience of financial disputes between cohabiting couples, and also financial applications made on behalf of children (Schedule 1 applications).
Rachael also provides assistance in relation to child arrangement disputes, in particular where matters are complex and/or were there have been allegations raised. She has experience of issues surrounding domestic abuse and can advise and assist her clients in relation to non-molestation and occupation orders.
Rachael was involved in the reported and publicised case of A & S (Children) [2012] EWHC 1689 (Fam).
