Rebecca has experience across a diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters involving both commercial entities and individuals.
Rebecca’s experience includes:
- drafting, reviewing and negotiating professional appointments and collateral warranties for a number of student accommodation providers on some of the largest student schemes in the UK;
- reviewing and advising on supplier tender contracts;
- advising social housing providers in relation to the remediation of fire safety defects and recovery of waking watch costs; and
- acting on a number of adjudication enforcement claims, recently successfully obtaining declarations for a sub-contractor that an adjudicator’s decision was not enforceable owing to lack of jurisdiction.
