Richard specialises in landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance, corporate support and development matters. This breadth of technical legal knowledge allows Richard to lead on complex and multi-faceted transactions.

Richard works alongside a variety of investor and occupier clients across multiple sectors including industrial, office, retail, leisure, pension funds and healthcare.

Richard’s recent experience includes advising:

• a national property services group on their portfolio of office premises;
• a furniture retailer on their expansion;
• on the property aspects of the disposal of a multi-site leisure business;
• the refinance of a multi-site portfolio of office buildings (having initially advised on the purchases and related landlord and tenant matters);
• on the sale of the freehold reversion of multiple residential blocks of flats subject to long leases, licences and assured shorthold tenancies;
• on the purchases of airport hangars at north-west airport.
