Sally is a commercial Associate with a particular focus on intellectual property and IT.
Sally works within a multi-disciplinary commercial team advising a range of clients from entrepreneurs and start-ups to large businesses. Providing advice on and drafting various types of commercial agreements for clients across a range of sectors but particularly advises on intellectual property issues and protection within commercial arrangements, collaborations and development between businesses, and putting in place documents for new businesses such as e-commerce terms, website terms and app licences. Sally also regularly assists businesses to protect and exploit their creations and ideas by providing advice on intellectual property protection and carrying out registration of intellectual property rights, and also drafting licensing arrangements and advising more broadly on commercialisation of intellectual property.
