Stacey has over 8 years of experience working within the Commercial Department and has recently qualified as a Solicitor and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Stacey is responsible for providing company secretarial services to our clients which includes an annual compliance service and the operation of the registered office service we provide. Importantly, Stacey is directly involved in providing our company secretarial and registered office services to our charity clients which include academies and free schools. Stacey also manages the firm’s company incorporations including the incorporation of private companies limited by shares and guarantee and property management companies. Stacey also provides general advice on company law matter. She is also responsible for editing the firm’s client insights for the retail, local authority and air transport sectors.
Stacey is a Solicitor in the commercial team at Ward Hadaway, based in the Newcastle office. She acts for a wide range of clients in various sectors providing company secretarial and registered office services, company incorporations and providing general advice on company law matters.
