- Our team includes specialist funding and banking and finance lawyers who are experienced in advising on security, intercreditor and priority arrangements, all of which are regularly relevant to investments.
- The team has led on a large number of flotations on the AIM market on London Stock Exchange, including advising on the flotation of Applied Graphene Materials Plc.
